    Council 8095 is busy this time of year

    St. Clement, 8095, reports successful Fish Fry

    St. Clement Council, 8095, Plant City, conducted its first Fish Fry of the Fraternal Year on Saturday Oct 17 in Cronin Hall. Proceeds from the fish frys are used to fund the Council's fundraising for the intellectually challenged. Dinners consisting of fried or baked fish, a roll, grits, and cole slaw were served to 148 diners. Desert,coffee and ice were included on the $7 meal ticket. Beer, wine, and soda were available for purchase. Diners have the option of dine-in or take out.

    Annual Trunk 'O Treat planned for Haloween

    St. Clement Council, 8095, Plant City will hold its Annual Trunk 'O Treat on Halloween, October 31st
    from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM at Hurtado Hall, located behind St. Clement Church next to the Basketball Court. Children can go from decorated car to decorated car for their treats. There will bea costume parade by age groups, and a contest for the best decorated cars. This year the Council will offer hayrides for the first time. Hot dogs and soda will be served.

    Annual Memorial Night planned at St. Clement, 8095, Plant City

    Monday Night, November 2, St. Clement Council will hold its Annual Memorial Night in Hurtado Hall at 7 PM with a Mass to be celebrated by Fr. Tom Anastasia, pastor of the Parish and membr of the Council. Mass will be followed by a social. This year the Council will place two new names on the Memorial Plaques, the Rev. Hugh Lagan and Raoul Cardin: the plaques will remain in the church during November.
